Genetic Testing Kits (IMPORTANT)

  • Genetic testing kits are non-refundable once shipped

  • No refunds are issued after:

    • Kit shipment

    • Sample submission

    • Laboratory processing begins

This is due to the nature of biological materials and laboratory costs.


Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • The request is made before the genetic test kit is shipped

  • Services have not yet commenced

Refund approval is at the sole discretion of XPro Health.


Subscription Services

  • Subscriptions may be canceled at any time

  • Cancellation prevents future charges only

  • No refunds are provided for past billing periods


Missed Sessions or Non-Participation

Failure to:

  • Complete assessments

  • Submit samples

  • Attend sessions

does not constitute grounds for a refund.


Chargebacks & Disputes

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

  • Account suspension

  • Termination of services

  • Denial of future access

XPro Health currently ships genetic testing kits within the United States.

Shipping availability may change without prior notice.


Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 3–5 business days

  • Shipping timelines may vary due to availability or external factors


Shipping Method

  • Test kits are shipped via reputable third-party carriers

  • Tracking information is provided when available


Delivery Responsibility

  • XPro Health is not responsible for delays caused by carriers

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed


Incorrect Address

Users are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

XPro Health is not responsible for:

  • Delays due to incorrect addresses

  • Lost shipments caused by address errors


Lost or Damaged Shipments

If a kit arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  • Contact support@xprohealth.com within 7 days of delivery notice

  • Replacement eligibility will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis


International Shipping

At this time, genetic testing kits are not shipped internationally.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to health and safety regulations:

  • Used or opened kits cannot be accepted under any circumstances
