This is due to the nature of biological materials and laboratory costs.
Refund Eligibility

Services have not yet commenced

Subscription Services

Cancellation prevents future charges only

Missed Sessions or Non-Participation

Shipping timelines may vary due to availability or external factors
Shipping Method
Test kits are shipped via reputable third-party carriers
Tracking information is provided when available
Delivery Responsibility
XPro Health is not responsible for delays caused by carriers
Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed
Incorrect Address
Users are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
XPro Health is not responsible for:
Delays due to incorrect addresses
Lost shipments caused by address errors
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If a kit arrives damaged or is lost in transit:
